Do Blondes Have More Fun?

Once again I have returned to my roots; that is I’ve dyed my hair back to it’s natural dark brown colour, it’s looking exceptionally dark at the moment, very Wednesday Addams!

I decided I needed to give my hair a respite break from the frequent applications of bleach and I’d begun to dread the whole highlighting process, I think I’ve developed an aversion to strips of tin foil in my hair, it sends shivers down my spine similar to nails dragging down a blackboard!

I’ve been asked a few times this week do I think I have more fun as a blonde? To be honest I don’t believe my hair colour has made much difference, I try to have as much fun as possible, regardless of my hair colour. I can’t even say I get more attention as a blonde, there isn’t really a greater beacon than a wheelchair for attracting attention! It’s like a red arrow with flashing lights screaming “Here I am! Please Look at me!” Who needs blonde when you have that?!

We’ll see how long it lasts, some friends reckon they’ve never seen me with the same hair colour twice! As you can see from the photos on my website I’ve changed it frequently over the years. Nothing like a little reinvention every now and then! (Works for Madonna & Gaga!)
